Project Overview
Interior design for a 4,000 sq ft bank branch. The design balances security requirements with a warm, welcoming atmosphere for customers.
The Challenge
The existing branch felt cramped, outdated, and had poor customer flow.
Our Solution
We redesigned the layout with clear zoning: welcome area, self-service kiosks, teller stations, relationship manager offices, and a lounge. Brand colors were integrated throughout.
The Result
A 40% increase in customer traffic capacity and significantly improved customer satisfaction scores.
