A full renovation of a 1960s bungalow in Old Dhaka, carefully preserving its architectural heritage while modernizing interiors. The project involved structural restoration, new MEP systems, and contemporary interior design that respects the original character.
The Challenge
The 60-year-old structure had severe dampness, outdated electrical wiring, and inefficient space utilization.
Our Solution
We retained the original facade and structural elements while completely reconfiguring the interior layout. Modern materials were used sensitively to complement the heritage aesthetic.
