Project Overview
Design and fit-out of a 1,800 sq ft specialty coffee shop and restaurant. The industrial-chic design features exposed brick, steel fixtures, warm timber, and lush greenery.
The Challenge
The space was a plain concrete shell with no character or defined zones.
Our Solution
We created distinct zones: bar counter, lounge seating, communal table, and quiet corners. Layered lighting and acoustic treatments enhanced the ambiance.
The Result
The cafe became an instant Instagram hotspot with 30% higher footfall than projected.
